1. If, for reasons of your own, you start your holiday later or finish earlier than agreed, or cancel completely, no refund will be made in respect of any unused portion of the booking period.

2. A deposit of a least Euro 100,00is required at the time of each individual booking.

3. The tenant will be liable for any damage that may be caused to the premises or farm of Poggio al Turco.

4. The owners accept no liability for damage to person or things sustained during your stay in Poggio al Turco.

5. You are expected to leave the flat in the condition in which you found it.
